Media Advisory - Kiwi Aid Worker Off To East Timor

World Vision New Zealand's press officer, James Addis, left for East Timor on Sunday and will arrive in Dili on Tuesday to help the World Vision relief team.

Mr Addis was in West Timor a week ago gathering information on the needs of East Timorese refugees who had fled their homeland and were receiving aid in refugee camps.

James Addis is an experienced aid worker who has also worked in Rwanda, Sudan and Kosovo. He will provide a vital link between relief efforts on the ground in East Timor with both World Vision International and the media.
