Purchase Of Cobb & Co Restaurant Chain Confirmed
Cobb & Co Restaurants Ltd today announced that it
has acquired the Cobb & Co Restaurant franchise from Wilson
Neill Corporation for an undisclosed sum.
Cobb & Co Restaurants Ltd has taken over the franchise chain effective from today and intends working with the owners of the franchised restaurants to further develop the well established Cobb & Co brand.
The Cobb & Co chain has operators nationwide and is an icon of the New Zealand family restaurant business.
Cobb & Co Restaurants Ltd is a private company owned by Queenstown businesswoman, Karen Boult and former Shotover Jet Managing Director and Financial Director, Jim Boult and Roger Pierce.
