Expertise In Awards Extends To The Sponsors
The Fonterra Westpac Dairy Excellence Awards have received further support with farm employment experts Fegan and Co. sponsoring the Performance Award.
"We are pleased to have a firm whose expertise is in farm staff management sponsor such a management focused award," says Awards Project Manager David Jensen.
"We believe that Fegan and Co. fit well with the high standard of sponsorship in these awards and we look forward to an ongoing association with them."
The awards have the support of Dexcel and are sponsored by Ravensdown, Pioneer, DTS, Livestock Improvement, RD1 and Fegan and Co.
The awards will run competitions in seven regions, giving prizes for best farm business, farm manager and environmental performance, while also recognising lifetime achievement in the dairy industry within those regions. The total prize pool is valued at more than $150,000 in cash and prizes.
