BP Takes Fuel Under $1
BP has today dropped the price of petrol and diesel by four cents a litre due to increased stability in world markets as an end to conflict in the Middle East draws nearer.
BP’s prices are now the lowest they have been since November.
BP Managing Director Peter Griffiths warned that prices could still go either way in the coming weeks. We encourage motorists to take advantage of the lower prices while they can.
“BP will keep passing on the benefits of lower crude prices to motorists as quickly as possible, Mr Griffiths said.”
BP has brought motorists a decrease of 16 cents at the pump in the last month.
Petrol prices at most BP owned service stations have dropped to 99.9 cents per litre for Unleaded 91, $1.049 for Premium Unleaded and 59.9 cents for diesel.
Regions already enjoying discount pricing may see a smaller decrease or no change at the pump.
