Barfoot & Thompson expands Team

Barfoot & Thompson is pleased to announce two new appointments at Head Office; Sandra Williams, Marketing Manager and Charles Smith, Building Manager.

Sandra Williams Sandra brings a depth of marketing experience to the role having previously worked for Zeppelin Direct in advertising and marketing, Owens Group and Mico Wakefield.

“I am excited to be working on such innovative marketing strategies and looking forward to helping salespeople maximise the marketing opportunities for their listings,” says Sandra.

Barfoot and Thompson Director Peter Thompson says “the key focus for the marketing team this year is customer service. Barfoot & Thompson has experienced significant market growth so it’s timely to concentrate on how we can better serve our vendors and buyers. Sandra’s appointment to this role will ensure our customers receive the attention they deserve.”

Sandra replaces Tony Worsp who is now working as Auction Manager for Barfoot & Thompson.

Charles Smith Charles Smith takes on a new role within Barfoot & Thompson as Building Manager with responsibility for the all 54 branches from Pukekohe in the south through to Kerikeri in the north. He’ll be overseeing building maintenance and ensuring regular refurbishment schedules are met to keep branches smart and comfortable for both staff and their clients.

Charles has worked as an architectural designer and project manager. His new job will see him maintain a regular travel schedule to ensure all branches are kept up to Barfoot & Thompson’s high standards.

Director Peter Thompson says “as Auckland’s leading real estate agency we aim to offer staff and clients the best environment to work in or visit.”
