Children’s T-Shirt Supports Breast Cancer Research

Children’s T-Shirt To Support Breast Cancer Research

The popular ‘Orchid Lei’ T-shirt designed by Kate Sylvester for the Glassons Breast Cancer Research Trust T-shirt campaign is now available in children’s sizes six months to three years.

The first item of children’s wear to be available at nationwide women’s clothing store Glassons, the children’s T-shirts will cost $24.95 with $10 from every T-shirt sale being donated to the Breast Cancer Research Trust.

The availability of the ‘Orchid Lei’ children’s T-shirts provides a further avenue for raising funds for breast cancer research in New Zealand.

A breast cancer research fellowship is being established at the University of Auckland with funds raised to date.

The five women’s T-shirt designs are also still available in a range of colours for $29.95 with $10 from every sale being donated to the Breast Cancer Research Trust.

New Zealand has one of the world’s highest rates of breast cancer. The disease affects one in every twelve women and claims more than 700 lives every year.
