Method123 Ltd, a privately owned New Zealand company, has just released
its entire project management methodology on the web.

The website (www.method123.com) offers more than 50 document templates as
well a Project Management Guide to help managers undertake their projects.

"Our vision is to empower Project Managers to succeed," says Jason
Westland, chief executive and founder of Method123 Ltd.

"We've released the full Project Management Methodology to help managers
carry out and complete their projects successfully. By using industry
standard templates, Project Managers benefit from reduced project costs,
faster delivery cycles and enhanced quality of deliverables," says Mr
Westland.

Each template is documented in detail and provides specific instructions
for completion, as well as useful tips and real life examples. The
templates cover the entire Project Management lifecycle which is outlined

Mr Westland says that in time the website will expand to provide more
tools to a wider range of users including business managers, CIOs and
CEOs.
