Much Of Interest At 2005 Property & Investment Expo

Visitors to the 2005 Property & Investment Expo will find a wealth of information on all aspects of financial and property investment with the exhibitor line-up including major banking and financial service institutions, mortgage providers, property developers and management companies and many more.

A major attraction last year, the workshop and seminar line-up in 2005 features a number of New Zealand speakers highly regarded for their knowledge of the finance, investment and real estate sectors.

Covering the wider topics of the economy and the real estate market will be Brendan O’Donovan, chief economist with Westpac Bank, Howard Morley, president of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and Chris Seager, president of the New Zealand Property Institute.

Providing some commonsense skills to build your property empire will be Mike Handcock from Club 21, who is the author of several books including Your Empire Strikes Back, a guide to building wealth through property investment. Another author and a popular speaker, Kieran Trass conducts a workshop called ‘Property hotspots revealed’, and Rob Macdonald from Crockers Property Management cuts to the chase with ‘The bottom line of Auckland’s property market’.

On the investment front, Angela Winton from Macquarie NZ Ltd covers the interesting topic ‘Creating wealth using other people’s money’, while the 2003 Young Financial Planner of the Year and best-selling co-author of The Complete Guide to Residential Property Investment Lisa Dudson talks on the topic of ‘Successful money management’.
