Auckland Regional Holdings’ Takeover Offer For The Remaining Shares In Ports Of Auckland Limited

Auckland Regional Holdings announced today that its takeover offer for all the remaining shares in Ports of Auckland Limited would be mailed to Ports of Auckland shareholders on 29 April 2005. Auckland Regional Holdings already owns 80% of Ports of Auckland’s issued shares.
