Statement By Peter O'hara, Editor In Chief, Fairfax New Zealand

Fairfax is pleased at the decision of His Honour Justice Miller today ordering that the Doones shall pay Fairfax costs. The award of $74,330.25 follows the Doones' last minute discontinuance of defamation proceedings against Fairfax."
