Quicksilver Internet provides branded email

Quicksilver Internet is providing professional email branding for New Zealand businesses with the launch of Q-Biz Mailbrand.

With Mailbrand, every email sent from a company can be professionally branded with a logo, corporate colours and standardised signature, allowing control of the look of all emails. Packages are available to cater for as few as one user, and up to 25 users, so you only pay for what you use, making Mailbrand cost effective for companies of any size.

With email fast becoming the primary means of business communication, it is important that each email be branded with a company’s corporate identity. A consistent corporate identity builds recognition and positive perceptions of a company. This integrated branding is exactly what Q-Biz Mailbrand provides. Mailbrand delivers a professional product which uses day-to-day email to increase a company’s brand recognition, and create sales and marketing opportunities.

Quicksilver has worked in partnership with Calcium to develop this product for the SME (small to medium enterprise) market.

Quicksilver director Matthew Hobbs says: “Businesses already see the value in branding through the use of professional business cards, letterheads, and other stationery. Over recent years, many businesses have included a website which matches their corporate stationery.

With over 45% of business communications happening by email now, we think it’s important for businesses to consider email as a serious part of their branding.”

The email branding is setup by selecting one of the professionally designed templates, customising with your corporate colours, and selecting your logo.

Because there’s no software to install, Mailbrand is compatible with all systems and mail software, and there’s no change required to the way that your staff send email. Every email sent from your organisation automatically carries the branded template.

Templates can be changed easily through the website interface, allowing standardisation of the email signature format, and optionally adding a disclaimer.

When compared to the cost of hiring a graphic designer to produce business cards, or even running a single newspaper advertisement, it’s easy to see how Mailbrand offers good value by adding your brand to every outgoing email, with prices starting from just $495 per year.
