The winning of the Vero Excellence in Business Support Award, non-profit category, by the Employers & Manufacturers Association (Northern) for its work in promoting the success of business through representation, knowledge and support, is the culmination of the board’s and management’s 1998 strategic plan”, said the association president, Terry Arnold.

The EMA has a proud 128 year tradition as the voice of manufacturers and 102 years as the ally of employers. The coming together of the Auckland Employers Association and Auckland Manufacturers Association in 1996 has seen the organisation achieve great success as an innovative and creative leader in its field.
