EFTPOS New Zealand Wins Again

EFTPOS New Zealand Wins Again

EFTPOS New Zealand’s Contact Centre is celebrating its success at this year’s CRM Contact Centre Awards.

The awards recognise excellence by contact centres in customer service. The prestigious national competition uses mystery shopping to find the best teams in specialised sectors and across a broad range of industries.

EFTPOS New Zealand’s Contact Centre took out the silver award in the Contact Centre with less than 50 Seats category. Over 90 companies from around the country participated in the event. EFTPOS New Zealand was the only EFTPOS provider to receive an award.

At the 2004 awards, EFTPOS New Zealand won a number of industry sector awards, but this is the first year they have won a supreme award.

“It's great to have this level of recognition within our industry and to be recognised as one of the country’s leading contact centres,” says EFTPOS New Zealand Contact Centre Manager Alan Bruce.

EFTPOS New Zealand also took out third place in this year’s Channel Awards for Web/Email Customer Service in New Zealand.

“This independent recognition is testament to our existing customers and potential new customers that we are highly customer focused and the market leader in the EFTPOS industry,” says Steve Savage, EFTPOS New Zealand’s Head of Sales and Marketing.

The team strives to achieve excellent results on an ongoing basis. Monthly customer satisfaction surveys conducted this year (by a third party to ensure impartiality) show that on average 93% of customers rated their overall service experience with the centre as very good or excellent.
