Commission provides update on TSO draft determination
The Commerce Commission has provided a brief update to industry on its progress towards releasing a draft determination on the telecommunications service obligations (TSO) instrument for the 2003/2004 and 2004/2005 years. The Commission has also sought comment on a range of questions related to the TSO for the 2003/2004, 2004/2005 and 2005/2006 years.
All documentation is available on the Commission’s website, www.comcom.govt.nz. The original note to industry is recorded under “Industry Progress Report TSO Determination 2003/2004, 2004/2005, 2005/2005” and industry comments are provided under the title “Submissions and Responses to Industry Progress Report TSO Determination 2003/2004, 2004/2005, 2005/2006”.
The Commission anticipates releasing the draft determination on the 2003/2004 and 2004/2005 years in November 2005.
