This Paper describes the Commerce Commission’s (the Commission) proposed approach for issuing the final determination for the authorisation of the supply of gas distribution services by Vector Ltd (Vector) and Powerco Ltd (Powerco). Interested Parties are invited to submit comments on the proposed approach by 8 December 2005.
