ANZ Reduces Home Loan Interest Rates

ANZ has reduced several of its fixed home loan interest rates.

Effective today, the following changes have been made to ANZ’s fixed rate home and residential investment loans:

- The 1 year fixed rate has decreased from 8.40% to 8.20% per annum.
- The 2 year fixed rate has decreased from 7.95% to 7.75% per annum.
- The 3 year fixed rate has decreased from 7.85% to 7.65% per annum.
- The 4 year fixed rate has decreased from 7.85% to 7.55% per annum.
- The 5 year fixed rate has decreased from 7.65% to 7.55% per annum.
