FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE


Tourism Holdings CEO Transition


As previously announced on the 25th January 2006 Trevor Hall will succeed Dennis Pickup as Tourism Holdings Limited Chief Executive Officer.

Dennis retires today and Trevor will commence with THL in June. During the intervening period Ian Lewington, the Chief Financial Officer will be Acting CEO reporting to myself.
