“Dux de Lux Christchurch Win at NZ International Beer Awards 2005”

The Dux de Lux Christchurch are proud to announce last night at The New Zealand International Beer Awards 2006 held in Nelson, the onsite brewery in Christchurch has won 4 awards.

Dux Lager - Best New Zealand Lager 2006
Non Tom - Best Non or Low Alcohol Beer 20067

Also receiving

Bronze Award in Classic English Style Pale Ale Class for Nor’Wester
Bronze Award in English Style Mild Ale Class for Hereford Bitter

With 200 entries being received for the awards held in Nelson, the beers were judged by 7 International and National beer judges over two days, the Dux de Lux entered 8 beers over Queenstown and Christchurch breweries into the competition and have walked away with 6 coveted awards in total.

Brewer Paul brewed Dux Lager, Non Tom, Hereford Bitter and or’Wester onsite at the Dux de Christchurch for the awards. All Dux de Lux beers are brewed naturally and have no added sugars, no flavourings and no antioxidants. The titles are yet another highlight for a small operation that is recognised around the world for it’s unique beer

The Dux de Lux has seven permanent brands of beer brewed on site and a range of seasonal beers available. The Dux de Lux motto remains the same . . . “the Natural Choice”.
