Queenstown’s Best Kept Secret To Be Revealed

Hanover Properties is about to lift the lid on Queenstown’s best kept secret. A date has now been set for the launch of an exclusive new development at Jacks Point.

Up to 350 people have been working on the closed site for nearly 18 months, transforming more than 420 hectares of former farmland into a premium residential resort development. Entry has been carefully controlled with only the necessary building and construction workers being allowed access, meaning even most locals have yet to see what’s happening.

Jacks Point is the site that was originally earmarked for the establishment of the Queenstown township, largely because of its prime west facing position at the foot of The Remarkables.

The launch of Hanover’s initial release of fine residential home sites in ‘The Highlands’ area of Jacks Point late this month will be the first opportunity for the general public to buy one of the last great pieces of real estate in one of the most sought after property markets in New Zealand.

The Highlands at Jacks Point will be officially launched at an exclusive VIP event in Auckland on June 20. A Queenstown launch event will also be held on June 22, on the eve of the opening of the Queenstown Winter Festival.
