Search On For Hi-Tech Talent

12 June 2006. - AintoG, a team of six experienced technology exporters, has
been formed to help take New Zealand technology companies to global markets.

"There are plenty of Kiwi entrepreneurs providing innovative solutions that
are fresh and creative, with the potential to achieve success on the world
stage," says John O'Hara, one of AintoG's principals, who has taken four
technology companies to successful exit.

"These able companies have the products, they just need the business model
that will make them great - that's what AintoG can help build."

AintoG is a team of six proven technology business people with a broad range
of skills and experience. Along with Mr O'Hara, the AintoG team is lawyer
Wayne Hudson, software CEO Peter Dickinson, business consultant Chip Dawson,
technology marketing consultant Owen Scott and AintoG's CEO John McLean.

Mr O'Hara said AintoG will take a board position on each company it selects,
providing access to all six members. "We'll use methods such as equity
stakes and revenue growth sharing to gain a return on our investment,
meaning we'll only benefit when the company grows."

AintoG has developed a set of strict criteria to help assess companies
capable of making the leap from being able to becoming great, says Mr
O'Hara.
