Mystery Creek Wines Limited to be quoted on Unlisted

Unlisted Manager Bruce Cossill today announced that Mystery Creek Wines Limited will become the 23rd issuer to have securities quoted on Unlisted.

Mr Cossill said “We are delighted to welcome Mystery Creek Wines Limited to the Unlisted share trading facility. Mystery Creek Wines Limited ordinary shares will be quoted and traded on Unlisted from Monday 28 August 2006, using the stock code MYSTERY.

“Another new issuer, hard on the heels of the addition of Infinity Group Limited last week, and the aggregate market capitalisation of all securities quoted on Unlisted now being consistently above the $1 billion mark, graphically demonstrate the obvious need

Unlisted is meeting and the benefits a transparent trading environment provides to issuers and their shareholders.

“Since its launch in December 2003 Unlisted has transacted over 3,270 trades of 37.3 million shares worth $39 million. Consistent trading volumes and values illustrate Unlisted’s ongoing contribution to the New Zealand capital markets, showing Unlisted continues to provide enhanced communication, price transparency, liquidity and choice.

“We will continue to market the facility to corporate advisors, brokers and company directors as a real option to be considered when companies think about the securities trading environment they want to provide their shareholders. Discussions are continuing with other potential issuers who are currently considering their trading arrangements, and we expect to be able to make further announcements in the near future.”
