Formal takeover offer received

42 BELOW has now received a Takeover Notice from Bacardi New Zealand Holdings Limited advising of an intended full takeover offer at 77 cents per share, to be made in early November.

42 BELOW intends finalising its target company statement response, including an independent adviser report from Grant Samuel, before the end of October.
