Something for the weekend #3

We're having a group hug at 42 Below this weekend cos we scored another gong, this time as one of two Kiwi brands (nice one, Saint Clair Estate Wines) who swept the board at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in London, scoring both of the Innovation in Presentation gongs up for grabs. (That's in addition to our five gongs in the same competition earlier this year for what's actually inside the bottle. But we don't want to boast.)

We suggest you too get in on the Kiwi Pride action with some Pacific Passion this weekend. That's what we're aiming for (as a result of those kinky group hugs, with any luck).

Pacific Passion
In a shaker, combine 40ml 42 BELOW Kiwifruit Vodka and 15ml peach liqueur with 3-ml fresh passionfruit pulp and 20ml pineapple juice, and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Sip it and snog the person sitting next to you with patriotic fervour.
