NZ$50,000 Pixel Housie launched across New Zealand

NZ$ 50,000 Pixel Housie launched across New Zealand

A new breed of Housie game with a top prize of NZ$ 50,000 will be launched on the 23rd January 07 across New Zealand on the advertising website www.onlyinnz.com . The Housie game named Housieonlyinnz is free to play and with draws taking place daily is sure to attract a large number of participants. The onlyinnz website is made up of squares laid over a map of the country and overlaying the squares are New Zealand advertisers’ images. The $50,000 prize will be handed out when the homepage has sold its last advertising space to make a ‘Full House’. Already a good number of local firms and popular attractions are on the onlyinnz Housie map. These include the likes of Orana Wildlife Park , Carter Observatory ,Wellington Zoo, The Suter Gallery , Crystal Mountain , Billi Tees and Kiwi Tubs to name but a few.

In order to play, all that is required is that you correctly match an onscreen advertiser chosen for that days draw. From those correct entries received via email, one will be selected and in turn placed into the Final Housieonlyinnz game and a chance to win the $50,000 prize.

Jeremy Irons of onlyinnz advised that they hoped the Housie game would attract thousands of new viewers to Kiwi websites, some of which are already well known along with those that were not yet as prominent and seeking a higher visibility . He added that ‘we see this as the ultimate marriage between advertiser and viewer as it will be the advertisers that ultimately secure the prize for a viewer . It is to be hoped that this is a massive success in promoting all that New Zealand has to offer as well as producing a unique piece of modern Kiwi artwork in the process and of course possibly the longest Housie game ever played .’
