NEW
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS
A commitment to offering superior property management services has seen Simes Limited make two recent appointments.
Andy Bell has been appointed as Business Development Manager and Paul Melton as Finance Manager (Commercial Property).
Both are working on streamlining systems across Simes’ $140million property management portfolio to reduce administrative work for the company’s nine property managers.
“We want to offer an absolute premium service to our property owners,” says Andy Bell. “We are picking up a lot of the paperwork the property managers used to do, to free them up to be away from their desks - they now need maximum time in the field to manage our growing portfolio.”
‘We are developing ways for Simes to offer full service a cut above what other companies are doing,” agrees Paul Melton.
The two men are working on other ideas they say will expand current services, including body corporate arrangements and other client service focused initiatives.
