New Pacific President For Proudfoot Consulting

Proudfoot Consulting Set For Continued Growth With The Appointment Of New Pacific President

For Immediate Release: 6 February 2008

Ian Dardis has been appointed Pacific President for Proudfoot Consulting. His key mandate is to capitalise on Proudfoot’s most successful year to date in 2007 by continuing to grow the consultancy in Australia and New Zealand.

“The consultancy market has shifted in recent years,” believes Mr Dardis. “There is now an expectation for consultancies to not only provide strategic recommendations but to also have the capacity and experience to implement improvement solutions that deliver bottom line results.”

“Proudfoot is the original founder of implementation consulting. We implement for our client companies sustainable operational improvements that not only boosts profitability but drives culture change to support new processes. Proudfoot’s service offering meets the changing consulting needs of companies in Australia and New Zealand. I am very excited to be joining a well established yet progressive company such as Proudfoot.”

Ian joined Proudfoot Consulting at the end of 2007 bringing with him a wealth of consulting experience and knowledge.

Prior to joining Proudfoot, Ian was a global Vice President with EDS. During his 5 years with EDS he led in turn EDS Asia's Consulting organisation and Applications Delivery organisation comprising over 5000 heads. As a former Managing Partner for Deloitte’s in Central Europe, he is a recognised leader in cross-cultural professional services, culture change, organisational design, technology strategy and technology implementation.

“Ian has a highly evolved understanding of the consulting business and the changing nature of client requirements” said Peter Isaac, Executive President, Asia Pacific. “We are very pleased to have Ian onboard to lead our Pacific operations.”
