Industry Leaders Team Up As Real Estate Market Looks Set To Slump

Two of New Zealand’s leading real estate educators have announced that they are joining forces to guide investors through a potential market slump.

As 2008 looks set to see the property market enter a ‘slump phase’ Richmastery has teamed up with industry expert Kieran Trass from the Hybrid Group to accurately pin-point opportunities for clients and help them continue to profit in the current climate.

Mr Trass, who established the Hybrid Group in 1996, initially as a mortgage broking service, has since become one of New Zealand’s most respected market researchers and analysts. He is author of the book ‘How to Grow Rich With The Property Cycle’ and has developed the online information service SuburbWatch which tracks property values.

Richmastery was founded by millionaire investor Phil Jones eight years ago and has successfully become New Zealand’s largest real estate education company. Mr Jones is also director of RevIQ the country’s number one property analysis software and has written five property investing books including the very successful “How to Get Rich Rewards in Real Estate in 3 Years”.

Mr Jones said: “I am delighted Kieran and I are collaborating to deliver essential quality information to investors and consumers at a time when they most need it.

“There is no doubt that we will see a downturn in the property market in 2008, making it an extremely exciting time with lots of bargains out there for investors who have the right knowledge and information - this is why Kieran’s expertise as a leading market researcher and analyst are so valuable.

“I have no doubt my clients will benefit from his information and that his teaching will compliment the first class education already provided by Richmastery’s extensive team of professional investors and mentors.”

Mr Trass will speak at the Richmastery Property Academies in May and October 2008.

In addition, Mr Jones and Mr Trass will share the stage for the first time ever in June to present a power-packed one-day seminar to investors and in May they will tour the country together hosting a series of two-and-a-half-hour ‘Property Cycle Secrets’ evening.

Richmastery will also offer its customers its own branded monthly ‘Property Cycle Clock Commentary’ compiled by Mr Trass.

“It’s critical that people understand what the changes in the market will bring and how to benefit from this which is why I now have a real desire to reach more people with my research and information” explained Mr Trass.

“I recognise that this is more important than trying to create a brand name for myself and that is why I have chosen to now team with other respected investor education providers such as Richmastery.”
