Right Management appoints Rod Lingard as Director New Zealand

Right Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Rod Lingard, a specialist in organisation strategies for people development and management, to the position of Director New Zealand.

Mr Lingard has worked with Right Management as a Principal Consultant since 2003 and has a strong background in change management and employment relations, including project work in Europe, North America and Australia over the past 30 years.

Bridget Beattie, Regional General Manager for Australia and New Zealand congratulated Mr Lingard on his promotion to the role.

“Rod has successfully worked with CEOs and senior management across large organisations from public and private sectors, as well as not-for-profit agencies,” Ms Beattie said.

“He is highly experienced in helping organisations to achieve their human capital goals, and has recently worked on major engagement strategies involving collective bargaining and change management projects in the media, government, textile manufacturing, food processing, transport, ICT and financial services sectors. In his role as Director New Zealand, he will become part of Right Management’s Regional Leadership Team and play an important role in driving the growth of the business throughout the Asia-Pacific region,” she said.

Mr Lingardis a member of theInstitute of Directors in New Zealand and a trustee of Workbase, the National Centre for Workforce Literacy & Language.
