Wi-Fi Comes to Crowne Plaza Auckland

Wireless Communication Now Available

Auckland 24 July 2008 – Crowne Plaza Auckland, in the heart of the city, is now offering Wi-Fi internet access for its guests.

The new wireless internet access is available in all accommodation rooms, the Club Lounge and all conference rooms and pre-function areas.

“It is also accessible in all public spaces of the hotel including Aria Restaurant and Bar as well as the Atrium on Elliott shopping complex,” says Terry Holt, Crowne Plaza Auckland Business Development Director.

He adds that the service is a great added value for the hotel’s business guests as well as leisure travellers.

“We realise that high-speed and easy internet connection is important for our guests which is why we now have Wi-Fi available – not only in the accommodation rooms but also public areas to make internet access easy.”

Terry adds that the new Wi-Fi service will further increase the hotel’s appeal as a business hotel.

“We realise that every minute spent out of the office is precious and doing business away from home at the Crowne Plaza is easy with a well equipped business centre, spacious work desks in every room and the addition of Wi-Fi,” he says.
Wi-Fi codes can be bought from hotel reception and business centre and are valid for 30 days. The service is backed by a 24-hour guest support, toll free phone number.
