REINZ Residential Property Manager Of The Year 2008

The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand’s (REINZ) Residential Property Manager of the Year awards recognise excellence in all aspects of residential property management (RPM) with 2008 winners announced during last weekend’s annual REINZ RPM conference.

Nominees are required to demonstrate to the selection panel outstanding service to clients and customers. They need to display excellent knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986, along with outstanding ability to qualify prospective tenants, complete paperwork to legislative standards and conduct regular and effective property inspections. Other criteria include achievement of significant goals during the past year which had a major impact on personal improvement and that of the business. Ongoing education and training is also a factor.

The criterion for REINZ Residential Property Management Office of the Year award is based on earnings and growth in relation to number of personnel.

REINZ Residential Property Management Office of the Year

Tozer Real Estate Limited, Tauranga

Finalist
Queenstown Accommodation Centre Limited, Queenstown

Newly appointed REINZ National President, Mike Elford said “This celebration of excellence is a great way to bring the industry together and to promote the continued raising of standards in residential property management for the ultimate benefit of the consumer”.
