Harcourts Wanaka welcomes new branch manager

Harcourts Wanaka welcomes new branch manager

28 October 2009: The Harcourts Wanaka branch, operated by multi-office franchise Holmwood Real Estate Ltd, is now being managed by successful South Island realtor Judy Curnow, who was formerly based in Christchurch.

Holmwood Real Estate General Manager Tony Jenkins says he is delighted to have secured the services of the hugely experienced Mrs Curnow.

“We’re absolutely thrilled that having moved to Wanaka after achieving a strong track record of success in Canterbury Judy has agreed to join the Holmwood group and to lead the Harcourts Wanaka team,” he says.

“She has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, initially as a Harcourts Sales Consultant and then in management and business ownership within the group, so she brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience to this role which will undoubtedly benefit both the Harcourts Wanaka team and their clients.”

Mrs Curnow says she is excited about managing the Harcourts Wanaka office.

“I’m thrilled to be back in the industry, back in the Harcourts group and to have the opportunity of being part of the Harcourts Wanaka team, which boasts a group of top real estate professionals who I’m delighted to be joining and working with to dominate this dynamic and popular South Island market.”

As Mr Jenkins explains, former Harcourts Wanaka branch manager Phil Gilchrest is now 100% focused on sales while fellow Harcourts Wanaka Sales Consultant Vicki Spearing has recently become a shareholder in the Wanaka business.
