Big Business In Little Rural Location

Big Business In Little Rural Location Strikes It Big Over The Week End.

Kiwi Internet Marketing Ltd’s Split Apple Beach House wins categories at the NZ Masterbuilders House of the Year, US Film Crew film crew in town, choose Pebble Bay Showhome as part of the new US Production of the UK smash hit property investment TV show “A Place in the Sun” The Pebble Bay Show Home one of 6 houses which will feature in Nelson, being the only area being filmed in NZ & Kiwi Internet Marketing’s Shopping website grows and moves back to the 24 hour format.

One year ago CEO Alan Trent decided to start a shopping website with a unique model.

There are a lot 24 hour shopping sites, but the difference was to the have the site feature, not the usual run of the mill, ends of product line and cheap goods, that usually feature on the impulse buying sites. Instead filling it with top of the line products. A mix of labeled parallel imports everything from a Ducati Sports Bike to clothing labels like Oakley, Aberfitch & Crombie, Fox, and top quality NZ made goods.

The shopping sites http://www.735pm.com & it’s sister site http://www.flop.co.nz have now grown to now well over 2500 regular New Zealand shoppers. The good being shipped from all over NZ. For example you can get your opportunity to live in Auckland but buy 4kgs of Tuatapere Sausages at a fraction of their normal price and have it arrive at your door overnight

735pmcom started as a 24 hour site moved out to 9 products per week and is about to move back to its 1 product every 24hour format from Sunday 22nd of November, 2009.

However shopping sites is just one element of this rural business. Property and the development of beautiful top class homes and following hot on heels of it’s James Hardie show home of the year win in 2008, the week end brought some great events for the company.

The latest Kiwi Internet Marketing project, luxury lodge Split Apple Beach house won the Nelson area Supreme Award at the NZ Master builders 2009 competition and went on this week end to win both the Renovation over 500,000 category and The Bathroom of the Year categories in the National awards held in Auckland over the week end for builder Paul Richards of Ezibuild .

Throughout the weekend and today the US film crew are filming the Pebble Bay Show Home, chosen to feature on the new US Production of “A Place in the Sun” Nelson is the only place in NZ the series has come to film .
