Gain more from your website

The Web Co roll out a seminar to help you gain more from your website to fuel business growth

The Web Co, recently named Mid-Sized Business of the Year in the Waitakere Enterprise Business Awards, is again setting the bar high with a seminar to help businesses maximise the way they do business online.

Liz Halverson said that “It’s not enough for a business to have a web presence; businesses need to understand how they can leverage their website to be another channel of business operation.”

“In developing this seminar, we made the decision that it’s not about us selling our services; we’re an innovative company and want to share our knowledge and understanding of how websites can really impact on a businesses bottom line.”

People attending the December 11 seminar “Cashing in On Your Web Channel: Coming Out of the Recession and Into the New Year Strong” will help attendees discover and understand the real unrealised potential of their website and how to leverage their web channel to drive business success.

The Web Co has a strong philosophy of giving back to the community, and these seminars are a part of that. Unlike other companies who run seminars to attract clients, Ms Halverson was keen to emphasise that their reason for the seminars was to show people how they can get better business results by leveraging their existing web channel to drive greater returns for their online investment.

She also said that they have strived to keep the cost of attending the seminar low (only $10 + GST) and the fee is solely meant to subsidize our costs only, not to make a profit. “We’re not doing this to make money, we’re doing it to give back” said Ms Halverson.
