Crazy Catch - “Want to hear from 65 customers"

Crazy Catch - “Still want to hear from 65 customers”

Crazy Catch, a New Zealand owned Company that markets Crazy Catch Sports rebound nets, still want to hear from approximately 65 customers in the follow up to a product recall.

There has been a voluntary product recall of a new model that had just been released onto the market from Nov 16th after an accident where a child lost part of their thumb in a situation that Crazy Catch had not foreseen.

The owners of the company Andrew & Louise Sinclair are devastated that this has occurred and do not want the possibility of it happening again.

“We are asking people to please return any of the new products to retail stores where it was purchased or alternatively to contact us so an additional safety component can be provided.”

The models in question are as shown on the home page of the website in the New Zealand section. It is only for models where one of the frames is coloured green (Upstart V2), red (Wild Child V2) and blue (Original V2). It does not relate to models where both frames are black or the original blue border PVC design.

Crazy Catch can be contacted on their freecall number 0508 272 992 or contact details can be found on www.crazycatch.com.
