Ferrari Owners Plan Their Year

Ferrari Owners Plan Their Year

Ferrari owners across Australia and New Zealand are planning their coming year with the aid of one of the most exclusive calendars in the world – the Ferrari Events Guide.

“Owning a Ferrari is even more than owning and driving a unique super car legend,” explains Kevin Wall, General Manager for Ferrari in Australia and New Zealand. “Ferrari provides owners with the complete Ferrari experience with full access to the world of Ferrari and a range of unique and exclusive events in Australia, New Zealand and around the world. Ferrari ownership is the only way to access these events and the Ferrari Events Guide is, therefore, the essential guide to the unique Ferrari experience.”

As the most successful team to compete in Formula One, the world’s leading motorsport championship naturally plays a central role in the guide, but while other people may attend any Grand Prix, the Ferrari Paddock Club, with its access to the Ferrari Drivers, access to the Ferrari garage and a premium position to watch the event, is the preserve of Ferrari owners. For an even closer look at the world of Ferrari motorsport, the Ferrari World Finals in Italy brings together all the motorsport series, both modern sports car and classic car racing, as well as demonstrations by the Formula One Team, the FXX cars and F1 Clienti programme.

This year will also see a unique opportunity for Ferrari owners to participate in a celebration of one of the greatest motorsport events in the world, the Mille Miglia, with 120 Ferraris taking part in a special classification of the 2010 recreation of the is great event. Ferrari owners will also be gathering in Japan – already record holders for the largest number of Ferraris in one place for the past two years – as well as Australia and New Zealand for their national events.

The renowned Pilota Ferrari driving courses enable Ferrari owners to take their skills to a new level, for both road and racing skills. The courses in Italy take place at Ferrari’s own legendary test track, Fiorano, while in Japan courses are run on the Fuji track and China opens its Shanghai Grand Prix track to Ferrari owners.

As 2010 comes to an end, Ferrari owners will have the opportunity to be the first to experience Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the world’s first Ferrari theme park, with more than 20 state of the art attractions, including – at 200 kmh – the world’s fastest roller coaster.

“With the Mille Miglia celebration and the opening of Ferrari World, 2010 will be a unique year for Ferrari,” says Kevin Wall, “and the Ferrari Events Guide is the unique portal to these events.”
