IP practice adds to intellectual fire power

Simpson Grierson's intellectual property group is delighted to welcome two new specialists to its Auckland practice.

Internationally experienced Sonia Felipe joins the firm as an associate. Her previous roles include in-house counsel at Nestle and more recently in the leasing intellectual property practice at HoganLovells in Spain. Sonia has extensive experience in trade mark law, with particular focus on international strategies and large portfolio management.

Solicitor Rachel O'Brien makes the move into intellectual property having previously worked in another large New Zealand law firm. She will primarily be dealing with trade marks and other issues arising in the intellectual property field.
