NAI Harcourts launches exciting marketing initiative

NAI Harcourts launches exciting marketing initiative

15 December 2010:

NAI Harcourts, a new entrant to the Australasian commercial property market this year, has launched an exciting new marketing initiative – the Key Assets portfolio and some supporting marketing packages.

Aimed at showcasing commercial, industrial and retail properties for sale or lease along with businesses on the market, Key Assets portfolio will be distributed nationally and internationally through the extensive Harcourts network and be supported by associated advertising to provide the widest possible exposure for the most competitive investment.

NAI Harcourts CEO Chris Nicholl says NAI Harcourts Key Assets portfolio and the associated advertising packages will set a new level in the commercial property sector.

“Being produced as both a high-quality glossy, full-colour magazine and as an e-book, NAI Harcourts Key Assets will be distributed to a truly comprehensive national and international network and supported by a range of additional advertising – achieving unparalleled exposure at an extremely competitive price,’’ he says.

“The packages we’ve been able to put together with the support of some of our key business partners provide vendors great value with significant reductions in cost when compared to standard rates for equivalent exposure so it’s an exciting proposition to be launching to the market.”

As Mr Nicholl explains, the inaugural issue of Key Assets is due to be released in February next year with a mid-March auction/tender date for properties included in the portfolio.

“The feedback from both the NAI Harcourts team and the clients they have spoken to about this new opportunity has been very positive and we have every confidence Key Assets will be a successful, ongoing marketing initiative.”
