Take a Short break Cruise to the Bay of Islands

Take a Short break Cruise to the Bay of Islands

Cruise to the Bay of Islands in October onboard P&O Cruises' Pacific Dawn with a food and wine and comedy twist.

Departing from Auckland, this cruise is a first for Pacific Dawn in New Zealand waters, and follows two popular food and wine short break cruises onboard New Zealand's first superliner Pacific Pearl earlier in the year.

The food and wine and comedy themed cruise offers a range of activities including cooking demonstrations, wine tasting, coffee appreciation and cocktail mixing classes. This is teamed up with fabulous cuisine in the ship's restaurants featuring fresh, locally sourced New Zealand produce and wine, and evening entertainment including some great comedy shows.

The cruise's drawcard celebrity chef and comedy performers will be announced over the coming weeks.

In between all the fantastic onboard entertainment, passengers can unwind in the Aqua HealthSpaFitness centre, dine at the superliner’s Salt Grill by Luke Mangan, relax in the child-free Oasis area or simply soak up a few days at sea and the amazing scenery in the Bay of Islands.

This new four-night short break itinerary is a great introduction to cruising at a great price with fares starting from NZ$379 per person quad share and NZ$499 per person twin share.

The cruise departs from Auckland on October 5 and returns on October 9.
