Wotif.com Holdings Limited announces full year results

MEDIA RELEASE Wotif.com Holdings Limited ABN 41 093 000 456 Wednesday 24 August 2011

Wotif.com Holdings Limited announces full year results (FY11)

Full year profit of $51.0 million – Improved trading last quarter

Brisbane – 24 August 2011, Wotif.com Holdings Limited today announced its full year after tax profit of $51.0 million. The reported after tax profit was marginally down on last year's record result of $53.0 million, interrupting the Company's consistent growth in annual profits since it listed on the ASX in 2006 (FY06 $16.5M, FY07 $26.4M, FY08 $34.5M, FY09 $43.5M and $53.0M in FY10).

It is a sound achievement in a period when an unprecedented appetite for offshore travel by the Group's core Australian and New Zealand customer base hampered growth until the last quarter of the financial year. Of particular note, in the last quarter forward bookings of room nights were up 8% (Wotif.com up 9%) and room nights "stayed" were up 4% (Wotif.com up 5%).

The Group processed a record $1.11 billion (excluding GST) in travel transactions and achieved record revenues of $138.3 million from the sale of 6.97 million accommodation room nights and approximately 137,000 flight transactions. FY11 Snapshot

$1.11 billion of travel transactions (FY10: $1.09 billion) 6.97 million room nights sold (FY10: 7.12 million) Net Profit After Tax $ 51.0 million (FY10: $53.0 million)

Wotif.com brand recognition in Australia now 60% (up from 58%) and 39% in New Zealand (up from 31%)

19,600+ hotels and accommodation venues (up approximately 12%) working directly with the Group in 66 countries

Successful launch of trans-Tasman and Pacific airlines on Wotflight – with a comprehensive range of international carriers added post year-
