2degrees gives customers ‘Bonus Minutes for Life’

Hot on the heels of the news that 200,000 customers had ported their number to 2degrees, mobile value is set to go to a new level with the announcement that all new and current* Pay Monthly and Business plan customers will be able to get 100 bonus minutes every month for the life of their plan.

Larrie Moore, 2degrees Chief Marketing Officer, says there’s never been a better time to get great value from your mobile phone provider.

“We wanted to do something special for New Zealanders and we feel that providing a reward for life is a game changer for this market. 2degrees is here to stay and it’s time that Kiwis realised they don’t have to lock themselves into a contract to get great value.”

“These bonus minutes cover all standard national calls to any New Zealand mobile or landline, so people can keep on talking without worrying about the size of their bill,” Mr Moore added. “We’re proud to continue to offer our customers great value for money.”

Existing Pay Monthly and Business customers* - as well as customers signing up to a 2degrees Pay Monthly or 2degrees Business plan between 5 September and 30 October 2011 - will get 100 bonus minutes every month to call any standard landline or mobile in New Zealand for as long as they remain on their plan.

‘100 Bonus Minutes for Life’ is another example of 2degrees bringing innovation to the New Zealand market and delivering great value to the country’s consumers and businesses.

*Customers currently receiving 200 Bonus Minutes per month will continue to receive these minutes until the end of their 12 month period for 200 Bonus Minutes, at which time they will begin receiving the 100 Bonus Minutes for Life.
