Executive Level Recruitment Twice as Busy

Christchurch executive recruiters Decipher Group are experiencing unprecedented growth in demand for their services.

As Canterbury shows explosive growth with the number of jobs being advertised on Trade Me up 81 per cent compared with a year ago, Leanne Crozier says a significant number of expats are keen to come home to be a part of the rebuild and the growth in Christchurch is providing them with roles for which they are keen to apply.

“We are the busiest we have been,” says Crozier. “Not only are the number of executive level roles available more than double than for the same time last year, but the candidates continue to be of a very high standard and there are more of them than last April.”

Decipher Group says both new companies to Christchurch and candidates want to be here for the exciting growth time ahead. Leanne Crozier says executive candidates and companies appreciate the very latest in technology and business systems will be utilised as the city rebuilds from almost a blank canvas in many areas.
