Rare Design has recently launched logoorchard.com - an online database of exclusive, high impact and low-cost ready-to-use logos. Rare Design’s Jussara Bierman says, “ A well-designed logo is an indicator of a business-owner’s commitment and determination to be successful, and informs potential customers that they are there for the long haul”.

At logoorchard.com customers can pick a logo that matches their requirements. The database has a broad range of memorable and eye-popping images that can be utilized across a variety of businesses, products and services. New images are being added on a regular basis.

The concept for Logo Orchard was the brainchild of Jussara Bierman, Rare Design’s Managing Director. “At Rare we recognised the need for some fresh thinking as we are constantly approached by start-ups who want a personalized logo, but baulk at the design costs”, says Jussara. “We also work alongside a number of talented up-and-coming designers who are constantly seeking opportunities to grow their portfolios. We just put two and two together”.

Logo Orchard is a community of designers, freelancers and senior design students who are seeking to build their profile, gain new outlets for their work, and earn commissions. Logo Orchard’s focus is on quality so they do not accept all submissions from designers. “Quality is king”, says Jussara. “We want our customers to have the same experience as they would with a purpose-designed logo. We want them to be proud of their logo and use it with confidence”.

The logoorchard.com database of images allows customers to browse, confirm a match, and purchase online. All logos are a one-off design and can be purchased for $299.99. Once purchased the buyer gains exclusive ownership of the design. The selected logo is supplied, with company name inserted, within 2 business working days of purchase. Logo files can be modified to include a tagline and be rendered into stationery and other media, for a small extra cost.
