Director Update

The board of thl are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Neidhart as a non-executive director of the company effective today.

David has a broad background in both investment banking and rental operations. David has spent the last four years with Hertz Rental Car operations in the United Kingdom leading strategy development for the Global business.

Mr Graeme Wong who has been leading the Director nomination and appointment committee said, “We are pleased to be able to appoint another director with diverse experience which will undoubtedly add real value to the mix of the board moving forward.”

Mr Neidhart is a representative of Sterling Grace Corporation which holds 17.3% of the shares in the company and therefore is not classified as independent.

Deepak Gupta a non-executive director and a Sterling Grace Representative from October 2007 to December 2012 announced his resignation from the board effective from the 7th June 2013.
