Experience and skill to the Northern Region BDM role

Harcourts New Zealand has appointed Debbie Brett as the new Northern Region Business Development Manager.

Debbie brings a wealth of experience to the role, including 10 years in the real estate industry across sales, management, training and recruitment.

She has most recently been the Harcourts Business Operations Manager, assisting office administrators, sales people, managers and business owners with the daily operation of their businesses using the Harcourts technology suite of products.

CEO Hayden Duncan says the group is thrilled to have Debbie step into the role of Northern Region Business Development Manager.

“Debbie knows the real estate industry inside out. She has run two of our branches as well as her own successful IT business. She knows all of our business owners and I can’t think of a more suitable person for the role.

“She has the capability to help our owners expand their businesses and increase Harcourts’ market share. This is an exciting time for real estate and we will be utilising all of Debbie’s skills to ensure our clients continue to receive the phenomenal level of service Harcourts provides.”

Debbie says her priority is to determine what she can do to help Northern Region owners run their businesses more smoothly and successfully.

“I’m here to assist our business owners make use of all the services Harcourts has to offer, be it technology, marketing or the extensive expertise of our corporate team.

“It’s currently a fast paced market, but we are always looking ahead to ensure Harcourts is prepared for whatever turns the property market takes.” Debbie says.
