Key Research winner in Business Support Awards

Key Research announced as WINNER in AUT Business School 2013 Excellence in Business Support Awards

Key Research Group was named as the winner in 2013 AUT Business School Excellence in Business Support Awards ($5m to $10m turnover category). Recognised for excellence, Key Research joined other finalists across 11 categories in this years’ awards held at the Langham Hotel in Auckland on September 5th. Evaluation of all entrants was be overseen by The New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation using the international Baldridge criteria. Evaluators are drawn from the Management Department of the AUT Business School.

The Excellence in Business Support Awards are the only national performance measure available to New Zealand business support organisations and Key Research Managing Director Michael Hooker noted that he and this team were all very proud of the win and that it is a reflection of the hard work and uncompromising emphasis on delivering insights for clients that drive business improvement. ‘Our core value is that research is a cost and worthless to an organisation unless changes are made as a direct result of the research, and we strive to uncover significant insights with every project that we undertake’. The award is an acknowledgement of the contribution that Key Research has made to businesses in New Zealand and Australia.

Key Research, a full service market research agency, was established in 1993 and has grown significantly over the past several years through both organic growth and growth through business acquisitions. Pulse Business Solutions, a 85 seat call centre business and West Coast Field Services, a Perth based market research field services business are also part of the Key Research Group.
