Vodafone brings HD Voice to the masses with Vodafone Smart 4 mini

Vodafone has made crystal clear calling a reality for more Kiwis today, with the launch of its Vodafone Smart 4 mini for just $99 – New Zealand’s best value High Definition (HD) Voice-capable device.

The Vodafone Smart 4 mini is the latest and most affordable addition to the Vodafone Smart line-up, a sleek, compact smartphone without any compromise on performance – for just $99.

Packed with features including crystal clear HD Voice calling, 3.2MP camera, 4-inch display, and a dual-core 1.3GHz processor, the Vodafone Smart 4 mini is perfect for new smartphone users and Android lovers.

Matt Williams, Vodafone Consumer Director, says the Vodafone Smart 4 mini is the ideal device for staying social.

Vodafone was first to bring High Definition Voice to New Zealand in November last year.
Today, more than 400,000 customers have access to HD Voice calling on Vodafone’s network. Vodafone has the largest range of HD-capable devices – 21 now – including the Vodafone Smart 4 mini.

Available in black and in white, the Vodafone Smart 4 mini is available exclusively from Vodafone priced at $99, and comes bundled with a $19 prepay SIM. At the $99 price point, the Vodafone Smart 4 mini is network-locked for the first nine months of use – or can be unlocked for a one-off fee of $30. After nine months, there is no charge to unlock the phone. An unlocked version of the Vodafone Smart 4 mini is available for $129.
