Yeastie Boys equity crowdfunding campaign kicks off today

Yeastie Boys equity crowdfunding campaign kicks off today

Award-winning brewers Yeastie Boys will launch their equity crowdfunding campaign on PledgeMe seeking to raise half a million dollars at 6 PM today.

“Yeastie Boys are going out to their crowd and offering them a piece of the company so they can fund expansion into the UK,” PledgeMe CEO Anna Guenther said today.

“Stu and the team are doing it different by going out to their loyal and passionate crowd and bringing all that energy into the company in an order to become the leading New Zealand beer in the UK and Europe.

“PledgeMe is really excited to be hosting Yeastie Boys campaign and expect the offer to be snapped up quickly. There is a whole lotta love out there for these guys.”

Ms Guenther said their business plan was done in typical Yeastie Boys irreverent style.

“The business plan is a comprehensive and well thought out document which clearly articulates their plan for domination of the UK and European beer markets while staying true to their playful nature.

“It has been great helping the Yeastie Boys team prepare their campaign, they definitely put the ‘fun’ into ‘crowdfunding’.

Ms Guenther said Yeastie Boys have made buying into their company affordable.

“Shares are a dollar each with a minimum buy of $500 so slicing a piece of Yeastie Boys pie is a realistic opportunity for their supporters.

“Their minimum goal is to sell $350,000 and the maximum raise of $500,000 represents 12.5% of the company.”

Yeastie Boys Head Boy Stu McKinlay said they’ve got the world class beer and the demand is there.

“We’ve completed the hard work in getting a cracking brewery and a top notch distributor lined up. Now all we need now is the support of our friends, family and fans to take this to the next level.”
