Facilities Manager of the Year award won by JLL’s Greg Wilder
AUCKLAND, 6 May 2016 – JLL Facilities Manager Greg Wilder has won the FMANZ Facilities Manager of the Year award.
The award was presented at the FMANZ annual gala dinner and awards on May 4, as part of the two-day FM Summit held at Auckland’s Villa Maria Estate.
Wilder is the onsite facilities manager for Eden Business Park. He has operational responsibility for five buildings and is acting facilities manager for a further three buildings.
JLL’s Director of Property and Asset Management Alistair Penny says Greg has done an excellent job for the client, leading Eden Business Park through a structural upgrade project and sale process over the past 18 months, while maintaining excellent standards of customer service and tenant communications throughout.
He was nominated for the award by a very satisfied tenant, who recommended Greg for his leadership, communication skills and professionalism.
