Free Social Fitness Events by heyfit - 2nd event happening this Thursday!

In an effort to drive our mission of creating a 'Social. Physical. Better.' NZ, heyfit have set up the heyfit Social Sessions. Our first event went really well and we are now publicising our second.

The Social Sessions are free events which promote fitness in a social way - getting active while having a chat, having a laugh, and sharing some food or a drink with old friends and making new ones. 

These events are planned to run throughout the summer, initially in Auckland with plans to start in Christchurch in the New year.

Event two is "An Evening of Balance" a chance for people to give slack lining a try and learn how to handstand. We are being supported by:

Yeah Bowl food trucks who will be on site selling food and drinks.

Globefest NZ supplying inflatable loungers.

We are looking for media organisations to help us promote this event as well as future Social Sessions.
