Caci launches unique funding model to fuel ambitious growth plans

New Zealand skin and appearance treatment company Caci today announced ambitious expansion plans and launched a funding model to attract business people to open new clinics in under-served areas of New Zealand.

FAB Group, owner of the Caci franchise, is aiming to have 50 clinics open in New Zealand and to expand internationally with at least 5 clinics in another country by this time next year.

Caci is looking for people who want to take the next step in their career or realise the ambition of business ownership. Markets being targeted are Christchurch, Dunedin, Rangiora, Gisborne, Masterton, Blenheim, Timaru, Ashburton, Wanganui, Manukau and Westgate, selected following analysis of population, demographic and socio-economic factors.

This is the first time this type of funding has been offered and with nothing else quite like it, it represents a significant opportunity for potential franchisees to get into a successful chain for less than half the normal set up costs.

Glenice Riley, Managing Director of FAB Group which owns the Caci franchise, says they are excited to be helping new ambitious business people the chance to join the Caci brand.

“We are enjoying significant growth having opened multiple locations in the past 2 years,” says Glenice. “With a goal of 50 clinics by this time next year, we are seeking the most motivated individuals to fill the final locations in New Zealand.

“With 40% of the Botox® market and 82% brand recognition, Caci is a serious business opportunity. For a minimum investment of $125,000, this is a great opportunity for the right applicants to join a highly successful franchise at a reduced cost,” says Glenice.

“The new funding model means we are essentially offering potential franchisees the chance to walk into their clinic and get stuck into building the team and running the business.”

The female-led enterprise provides business and career opportunities to a network of over 200 business women (and the occasional business man) across the country. Clinics are spread from Whangarei to Invercargill and the Caci franchise continues to be at the forefront of the appearance and skin rejuvenation industry.

“We are committed to ensuring the success of our franchise owners,” says Glenice. “All our staff benefit from the training programmes and ongoing educational opportunities at our Training Academy plus all franchisee owners complete an initial training programme which gives owners the skills needed to run an efficient and successful business.”

Interested franchisees are required to make a minimum investment of $125,000. The first round of applications are being accepted from 23 December through to 31 January via www.caci.co.nz/franchise. After receiving these Caci is inviting applicants to Discovery Days, the first of which is on 24 January 2017. This is an opportunity to meet the Caci support team and find out more about the franchise business.
